What lucknowrent.space is
lucknowrent.space is a free listing board that lets owners post rooms, flats and PG stays in Lucknow directly, and lets renters find them on a live map. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any rental agreement.
Your content
You are responsible for the listings, photos, pins, and messages you post. You confirm you have the right to share any photo you upload and that it depicts the rental you are listing. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the site.
Acceptable use
- Post only real, lawful rental listings you are authorised to advertise.
- Do not upload photos containing other people's personal documents, non-consensual images, or anything illegal or abusive.
- Do not post false, misleading, spam, or discriminatory content.
- Do not use the site to scam, harass, or solicit illegally.
Moderation
We do not pre-verify listings, owners, or renters. We may review and remove any content that breaks these terms, and may suspend accounts that abuse the site. Report problems via the feedback form.
Your responsibility as a renter
Always visit the property, verify the owner and documents, and never pay a deposit or token amount before you are satisfied. We are not liable for any loss arising from a listing or a rental arranged through the site.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, available, or genuine.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lucknowrent.space is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or any rental arranged through it.
Intellectual property
The site's code, design, and branding are ours. Listings and photos remain yours; you licence us to display them as described above.
Takedown
To report unlawful content or request removal of your own content, email the founder via the About page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by the "Last updated" date above.
