What we collect
When you list a room, we store the details you enter (title, area, rent, description, phone) and your Google sign-in ID and email. When you submit feedback, a To-Let spot, or an area alert, we store that content with your sign-in ID if you are signed in.
How we use it
Listing data is public so renters can find rooms. Your phone is shown only on your own listing. Feedback, To-Let spots, and area alerts are used to improve the site and are not shown publicly. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We use Google Firebase (hosting, Firestore, authentication) and Google AdSense for on-page ads. Those services have their own privacy policies. We use OpenStreetMap and Esri map tiles, which do not receive your personal data beyond standard request logs.
Your control
You can delete your own listing anytime from the site. To delete your account data, email the founder from the About page.
