Areas getting pricier

Gomti Nagar and Indira Nagar continue to command premium rents, driven by IT offices in Vibhuti Khand and the metro corridor. A 2BHK that cost ₹14,000 in early 2025 now lists around ₹16,000–18,000. Mahanagar and Ashiyana have followed, with 10–15% year-over-year increases as more families move in.
